You drill them out. Probably 100 videos on youtube about demilling a kit. Drill into the middle of the rivet, use a small bit, ile 1/8". Once you drill most of the way through, and ONLY IF YOU DRILLES IT FAIRLY CENTER, then step that bit up to a 5/32 (I think) and drill half way in.
